I w...Stupid greed of some low life inferior humans. I was told by FRIM people that forest regeneration is slower than previously thought, so once destroyed, it is GONE for good. Whatever primary forest we have left need to be preserved NOW or never... <br /><br />You can check out the Taman Pertanian Malaysia in Shah Alam where the trees are slowly dying out. Over the years, I have been there many times, and so many trees died each time I go, that it looks like "logging" is being done there!<br /><br />Actually, the rate of tree death is considered very rapid, not slow. Perhaps due to more intense UV rays from the sun now ~ skin cancer rates are at all time high, and projected to rise even more (by the WHO). Climate change is also going on and all the seasons are out of whack.<br /><br />In other words, the world/earth may not exist for long.
