In anticipation of the upcoming Raptor Watch Weekend, I have created a Raptor Watch themed bento. The nori sheet letters and birds show up quite well against a background of a wholemeal bun and a garlic sesame bun and are held in place with dabs of peanut butter. Organic cherry tomatoes and a Ferero Rocher fill up the remaining space.
The top compartments hold Salad Royale, carrot sticks, guava slices and mandarin orange segments.
Raptor Watch preparations have left me both exhausted and exhilarated. This year will be extra special for me because Aravind will be attending and volunteering for the first time.
